Policies:

• Advanced reservations taken from 7:30am -10:00pm by calling (815) 777-0583 or toll free
• (866) 234-0583.
• Check in 2:00-5:00. Check out 11AM (Different times to be agreed upon).
• Limited one-day stays on the weekend. Based on availability.
• We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and Personal Checks.
• Cancellation Policy: A small Bed and Breakfast such as ours is greatly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy. 
• We require 10 days prior to day of arrival. If more than one room, or holidays & special events, 30 days notice required, or reservation will be charged if room(s) cannot be filled.  All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.
• Severe Weather Condition Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellations less than 10 days prior to the day of arrival, due to severe weather, a Gift Certificate will be issued for the full amount.
• Pets and children can be accommodated in the Antonio’s Cottage, Children can also be accommodated in Sara’s Suite.
• Full breakfast served in the main house daily between 9:00 & 10:30a.m. In room Breakfast is also available.
• All the private rooms are non-smoking rooms.
• The Library is a designated smoking area (special air purifier/ionizer allows the library to be an in-house smoking room without being offensive to non-smoking guests). Library also offers Video Tapes, DVDs, Books, Games Magazines, Microwave, complimentary popcorn, instant coffees, teas and candy.
• Ample private parking on site.
• All prices based on double occupancy. Additional occupancy, $20 per person per night.
• Pet fee of $25 per stay in the Cottage.
