- Check-in 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If you plan on arriving at a time that is different than our normal check-in please e-mail us at innkeeper@cloranmansion.com or call us on our toll-free number at 866-234-0583.
- Limited one-day stays on the weekend. Based on availability.
- We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Personal Checks.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM. Unless other arrangements are made.
- Cancellation Policy, A small Bed and Breakfast such as ours is greatly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy.
- We require 10 days prior to the day of arrival. If more than one room, or holiday & special events, 30 days notice is recquired or the full reservation will be charged if room(s) cannot be filled. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.
- Severe Weather Condition Cancellation Policy: In cases of cancellations less than 10 days prior to the day of arrival due to severe weather, a gift certificate will be issued.
- Pets and children can be accomodated in Antonio's Cottage. Pet fee is $25 per stay. Children can also be accomodated in Sara's Suite.
- A full breakfast is served in the dining room daily between 9:00 and 10:30 AM.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors on our grounds or gazebo.
- The Library offers over 500 DVD's, books, games, magazines, microwave, popcorn, cookies, coffee and teas all complimentary to the guests.
- Private drive parking on site and garage parking available for motorcycles.
- All prices based on double occupancy. Additional occupancy, $20 per person/per night. An 11% hotel tax will be charged to each reservation.
- Your credit card will hold your reservation, and payment will be collected at the time of your stay.
